Responsibilities Drive Business Growth: Take ownership and contribute growth of our spot trading market share, by identifying product opportunities/innovation and enhancement Strategy Planning: Strong understanding for the industry and retail users, systematically plan the roadmap for business growth together with relevant key stakeholders KPI Definition and Tracking: Strong data analysis skill, can derive key insights from data analysis. Define, track, and improve KPIs Product and Tool Optimization: Drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Cross BU alignment: Strong influence and partnership with related BUs to achieve the best result for both Spot trading/active users and other units Requirements
