**Regulatory Affairs Specialist**: **About the Role**: Ensure that the assigned product range within the regulated area is documented and processed in accordance with internal regulatory and quality processes and procedures to obtain and maintain international marketing authorization. In addition, he/she is responsible for reflecting process requirements in the documentation system and regulatory dossier format; as well as advising, coordinating and ensuring compliance with the I care safety program and compliance with all applicable occupational risk prevention regulations.

**What You Will Do**:

- Execute the policies and measures defined by the organization, necessary to ensure the safety of employees and assets in their charge; as well as, to comply with the quality standards established in the applicable legislation, regulations and good practices. Being a Security Leader.
- Responsible for ensuring that the products marketed by the business have the corresponding certifications and/or authorizations, as well as representation before inspections, certification visits, etc.
- To supervise that the quality assurance (QA) system in the reception, storage, dispatch and distribution stages ensures the conservation and quality of the products, through compliance with the established procedures.
- Responsible for the transformation of inputs into final products (assembly of promotional presentations, product bags, Christmas bonus); and maintaining a healthy inventory.
- Ensure documentation of existing processes is in line with business changes and priorities, and continuous improvement to ensure the best internal performance and customer experience.
- Manage master data, creation of materials and other administrative activities.

**Who You Are**:

- Registered Pharmaceutical Chemist
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, Peruvian regulations and legislation, logistics.
