About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Project Coordinator will support the General Manager and the Executive Office by overseeing and coordinating the operational execution of key projects and initiatives across departments.

This role is key in ensuring the effective communication, tracking, and execution of pre-opening deliverables across departments, consultants, contractors, ownership, and other external partners.
