Job Description: Job Purpose: The position is responsible for leading, coordinating and providing comprehensive support in executing Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation (DME) processes and delivering quality DME products across assigned Programs and Projects. It plays a key role in ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of all DME-related events and tasks, in alignment with WV’s DME policies, standards, and guidelines. This role also contributes to strengthening the overall DME systems and practices within the organization. Additionally, the position will lead and support M&E; functions across programs and projects, including the rollout of appropriate M&E; systems to enhance program effectiveness and accountability. A critical component of this role is building the capacity of World Vision Bangladesh and partner staff on DME to ensure smooth and effective implementation of Program Quality Assurance mechanisms.

The position will provide technical guidance and tools to assess and monitor the quality of outcomes, outputs, and activities aligned with the IPF, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and project logframes at both AP and project levels. It will support the measurement and reporting of strategic KPIs, adaptation of program and project-based monitoring tools, data management systems, and reporting mechanisms.
