Freelance Logistics & Operations Assistant Junior (Perú)

About Us WAVE ROCK PTE LTD is a digital company specializing in the creation and monetization of subscription websites. We manage the entire lifecycle of a digital project, from conception to publication, including maintenance and operation. Position: Logistics & Operations Support Freelancer We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented freelancer to support our logistics and operations processes related to subscription boxes and product shipments. The person will work closely with PM to help coordinate shipments, track orders, manage operational follow-ups, and support inventory organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipment initiation and order tracking
- Monitor logistics processes and delivery follow-ups
- Help organize and maintain shipment and stock lists
- Support inventory and operational coordination
- Communicate with internal teams regarding logistics updates
- Ensure operational data and tracking information are properly maintained Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail •Degrees in Business Administration or related fields. Students in the final semesters of their degree or individuals with some experience in coordinating logistics shipments.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and operational tracking
- Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks accurately
- Good communication and time management skills
- English proficiency (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, sourcing, inventory, or e-commerce is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel is required What We Offer:
