- ** PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**:

Apoyar en los procesos de recursos humanos de acuerdo a la legislación del país, las políticas corporativas y los lineamientos de la gerencia general.- ** PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Soporte en el proyecto de files de personal.
- Apoyo en los procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding, desempeño y administración de personal.
- Apoyo en la ideación, planificación y ejecución de eventos corporativos en el Clúster de Perú y Venezuela.
- Soporte en el desarrollo y ejecución del plan de Comunicación & Engagement anual.
- Soporte en logística de entrenamientos internos y externos de acuerdo al Plan de Capacitación Anual.

CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDAS: ** Educación y entrenamientos requeridos**
- Egresado de la carrera de Administración, Comunicaciones, Psicología o carreras afines.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de Recursos Humanos.
- Manejo de herramientas Office.
- Manejo de herramientas de diseño.
