- You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Extensive experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on workflow-driven digital products.
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum product backlogs and prioritization processes.
- Strong background in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and translating business requirements into functional product features.
- Hands‑on experience designing structured intake workflows, validation logic, and operational process flows.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross‑functional business, operations, technology, and data teams.
- Deep experience in workflow platforms such as Workfront or similar operational management tools.
- Practical experience supporting UAT, pilot rollouts, and stakeholder adoption initiatives.
- Solid understanding of reporting ecosystems, data‑driven platforms, and operational analytics.
- Familiar with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Knowledgeable in automation initiatives, AI‑enabled workflows, or agent‑based operational processes.
- Skilled at defining scalable workflow solutions that support routing logic, classification rules, and downstream integrations.
- Demonstrated experience working with ecommerce content production, digital operations, or transformation initiatives.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
