- You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional Product Design, UI/UX Design or related experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Deep proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems.
- Experience designing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong visual design skills with a modern product design sensibility.
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of design systems, scalability, and systems thinking.
- Experience operating as an Agentic Product Designer, leveraging AI-assisted workflows and emerging design tools to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
- Familiarity with AI-native design tools, prompt-driven workflows, or AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and product consistency.
- Ability to rapidly iterate on concepts while maintaining high design quality.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute creative solutions as needed.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
