Role Description
- Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations on major US marketplaces (focused on, but not exclusive to Amazon, Walmart, Target among others)
- Participation and overseeing content production – copywriting, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimized (per the SEO recommendations)
- Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights
- Analyze client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across Amazon and other US FMCG e-Retailers
- Uploading and correcting the content as well as assets renaming, upload, download, segregation
- Translate client input and brand guidelines into actionable content and optimization plans
- Files management, database adjustments, and data migration, PIM maintenance
- Being up to date with eCommerce trends across major US marketplaces
- Ongoing research of e-Retailers functionalities, widgets, and features
- Editing / creating Product Detail Pages/ Brand Stores
- Likely Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers
- Seasonal content/deals monitoring, if applicable
