CSR, Wellness & Office Intern (Lince)

We are looking for a CSR, Wellness & Office Intern to support our local People operations. This is a generalist support role responsible for assisting with the Lima office challenges and helping provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity. You will play a key role in executing our wellness, social responsibility, and administrative strategies. Responsibilities
- CSR Execution: Search for NGO partners, coordinate volunteering activities, and monitor CSR initiatives and action plans.
- Culture & Well-being: Support the design and proposal of well-being initiatives and help plan and execute internal activities to drive a positive office culture.
- Compliance & Safety: Support the management of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) inspections and monitor internal requests to ensure office compliance.
- Organizational Support: Assist with internal training sessions and help manage corporate benefits and internal communications.
- Data & Tracking: Responsible for tracking and reporting CSR indicators and maintaining office supply controls/minor purchases.
- Office Administration: Coordinate maintenance and infrastructure needs while providing general support for the day-to-day operations of the Lima office. Requirements
- Education: Currently a student in the final cycles of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related fields.
- Interest: A strong interest in organizational wellness, CSR, and office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred).
- Experience (Plus): Previous experience (3–6 months) in administrative activities, events, or volunteering is a plus. Competencies
