Sales Support (Lima)

Where You’ll Make a Difference Support the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities Manage basic customer documentation in local systems (technical data sheets, safety sheets, legal status information) Coordinate shipment and collection of samples with logistics providers and customers Enter purchase requests (OT / RQ) into the local system accurately and timely Support office operations, including procurement of office supplies Assist in scheduling meetings, visits, and internal coordination activities Submit requests for creation or modification of product presentations and local code descriptions Manage sample revalidation processes in the system and provide status updates to customers Provide backup support to Sales & Customer Care Assistant during absences What Makes You the Right Fit Previous experience supporting sales or in an administrative/commercial assistant role Intermediate level of English Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative attitude Proactive approach with good communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders High level of responsibility, organization, and commitment to assigned tasks How Would You Stand Out Experience working with customer documentation or regulatory/basic compliance information Familiarity with internal systems or ERP tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
