H&C; Construction LLC, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is seeking a **Sales Support Specialist** to support our Sales Department by handling incoming calls, managing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service for U.S. clients.
We are looking for a highly empathetic, communicative, and organized professional with **C1 English level** and experience in **customer service and sales environments**. This role is essential in ensuring timely follow-up of leads, effective appointment scheduling, and a strong first impression for all new clients.
The mission of this role is to maximize lead conversion through excellent communication, accurate tracking, and consistent follow-up across all incoming opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **incoming calls from U.S. clients**, ensuring professional and empathetic customer service.
- Track, organize, and update **all incoming leads** in Excel and internal systems.
- Schedule and confirm **appointments with Estimators**, coordinating availability and project details.
- Conduct **outbound calls**, including **cold calling** to potential clients and follow-up calls to leads who did not originate from active campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead follow-up and workflow alignment.
- Coordinate communication with clients, sales representatives, and Estimators regarding appointments and project details.
- Review lead performance, follow-ups, and conversion indicators.
- Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Contribute to process improvements for lead management and appointment scheduling.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience in Customer Service** (required) and/or Sales roles.
- **English C1 level** (required).
- Experience managing incoming customer inquiries, leads, or appointment scheduling.
- Ability to organize and maintain lead databases, Excel trackers, or CRM tools.
- Strong communication, empathy, and customer engagement skills.
- Sales experience in construction, roofing, home services, or related industries (desired).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively.
