You will join a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting daily commercial and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.## **Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Support the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities* Manage basic customer documentation in local systems (technical data sheets, safety sheets, legal status information)* Coordinate shipment and collection of samples with logistics providers and customers* Enter purchase requests (OT / RQ) into the local system accurately and timely* Support office operations, including procurement of office supplies* Assist in scheduling meetings, visits, and internal coordination activities* Submit requests for creation or modification of product presentations and local code descriptions* Manage sample revalidation processes in the system and provide status updates to customers* Provide backup support to Sales & Customer Care Assistant during absences## **What Makes You the Right Fit*** Previous experience supporting sales or in an administrative/commercial assistant role* Intermediate level of English* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative attitude* Proactive approach with good communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders* High level of responsibility, organization, and commitment to assigned tasks## **How Would You Stand Out*** Experience working with customer documentation or regulatory/basic compliance information* Familiarity with internal systems or ERP tools* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
