Sales Support Analyst

About the Role

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling the commercial team to make data-driven decisions. You’ll be responsible for generating essential and insightful reports that support the management of key sales indicators and uncover opportunities for growth. By transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights, you'll contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our commercial strategies.

What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of commercial action plans, brands, sales channels, and customer segments.:
- Monitor and analyze critical sales metrics such as market coverage, average ticket size, and key product performance.:
- Track the progress of commercial agreements and proactively identify risks or deviations that could impact results.:
- Extract, integrate, and interpret data from multiple sources (including sales cubes, Nielsen, Kantar, B2B platforms, Power BI, and more) to identify trends and opportunities on both macro and micro levels.:
- Oversee and optimize the investment in sales force incentives, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to drive performance.

Who You Are

You are a data-driven, analytical thinker with a passion for commercial performance. You bring a strong academic background in:
- Business Administration, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales analytics, preferably within engineering or administrative areas.:
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to transform data into business insights.:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel is essential. Experience with tools like Power BI is highly valued.
