Sales Support - Intern (Lima)

- Support the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
- Manage basic customer documentation in local systems (technical data sheets, safety sheets, legal status information).
- Coordinate shipment and collection of samples with logistics providers and customers.
- Enter purchase requests (OT / RQ) into the local system accurately and timely.
- Support office operations, including procurement of office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, visits, and internal coordination activities.
- Submit requests for creation or modification of product presentations and local code descriptions.
- Manage sample revalidation processes in the system and provide status updates to customers.
- Provide backup support to Sales & Customer Care Assistant during absences. What Makes You The Right Fit
- Previous experience supporting sales or in an administrative/commercial assistant role.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Proactive approach with good communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and commitment to assigned tasks. How Would You Stand Out
- Experience working with customer documentation or regulatory/basic compliance information.
- Familiarity with internal systems or ERP tools.
