For more information, visit WPP.com.En VML Perú nos encontramos en la búsqueda de los mejores talentos para la siguiente posición: **Redactor(a) Creativo(a) Senior Freelance****Descripción**Impulsar la creatividad y la innovación en las piezas de nuestras campañas estratégicas, llevando cada proyecto a un nivel superior y asegurando que resuene con el público objetivo.**Responsabilidades**- Crear conceptos e ideas innovadoras basadas en los requerimientos del cliente y el planeamiento estratégico, estableciendo la base para campañas impactantes.- Diseñar estrategias efectivas que alineen los objetivos del cliente con soluciones creativas, garantizando resultados positivos y medibles.- Elaborar contenido creativo y atractivo para diversas campañas estratégicas, adaptándose a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.- Conducir reuniones de presentación ante clientes, comunicando de manera efectiva las propuestas creativas y asegurando su comprensión y aceptación.- Participar activamente en reuniones de coordinación y colaborar con proveedores y estudios para llevar a cabo producciones de alta calidad.- Mantenerse actualizado sobre la cultura contemporánea y las tendencias populares, integrando estos conocimientos en el proceso creativo.- Dar feedback a los redactores juniors para mejorar las campañas creativas.**Requisitos**- Egresado(a) en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad o áreas afines.- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles creativos (360°), demostrando un enfoque versátil y adaptable.- Experiencia en la generación de ideas y contenidos para múltiples plataformas y formatos digitales.- Habilidades excepcionales de redacción, con un estilo claro y persuasivo.- Inglés avanzado (deseable).We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
