**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Leverage AI-enhanced tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Loom to create engaging content and optimize productivity.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) to track lead generation and campaign performance.
- Manage high-level client correspondence and professional documentation in English.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and summaries to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- English Fluency: Advanced level (C1-C2) with a neutral accent for professional U.S. communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Experience: +2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business support; working with international or U.S.based companies.
- Schedule: Full-time (40-48 hours/week) aligned with U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and basic social media management.
- On-site Readiness: Ability to work from the Lima headquarters in San Isidro as required.
