ABOUT THE ROLE This position combines technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support ERP solutions, primarily Sage and Acumatica. While prior ERP consulting experience is preferred, we are open to training a candidate who demonstrates strong potential, enthusiasm for ERP technologies, and a commitment to professional growth. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Sage and Acumatica ERP systems. Participate in project teams and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders. Support project management activities and provide clear project status updates. Train and coach client teams, including finance and operations personnel. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and business process reviews. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet client business objectives.

Required Qualifications Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with mid-market ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar solutions.
