For more information about Enovis, please visit What You'll Do Role Objective The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing the global Upper Extremities product strategy in the Spanish market, tailoring initiatives to local needs while strengthening product positioning and surgeon engagement. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, and general product teams. The candidate will receive comprehensive training to develop strong expertise in the Spanish orthopedic market and its key stakeholders, hospital tendering and procurement dynamics, regulatory and ethical frameworks, anatomy and pathology related to shoulder and elbow, the Upper Extremities product portfolio and associated surgical techniques. Main Responsibilities
- Strategic & Marketing Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in defining local strategies, priorities, and resource allocation for the Upper Extremities segments.
- Execute the global product strategy at country level, ensuring alignment with HQ and adapting initiatives to Spain’s competitive landscape.
- Gradually assume full ownership of Upper Extremities product line management, including lifecycle actions, commercial tools, and product positioning.
- Conduct continuous market, competition, ASP, and ROI analyses to guide strategic decisions.
- Medical Education & Clinical Training
- Plan and execute Medical Education programs (workshops, cadaver labs, clinical training sessions) specifically for Upper Extremities surgeons.
