Senior Finance Business Partner (Miraflores)

- Managing LATAM budgeting, forecasting, and overhead control.
- Delivering month-end and statutory financial reporting.
- Analysing revenue, costs, cashflow and profitability.
- Presenting insights to executives and board.
- Managing audits, compliance and controls.
- Overseeing payroll, FX revaluations and reconciliations.
- Managing JV invoicing, cashflows and partner settlements.
- Managing, developing and partnering with finance teams. You’ll Need To Have
- Chartered Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and Oracle systems experience.
- Fluent Spanish and proficient English, operating effectively in integral, matrixed organisations.
- Proven experience managing financial systems, controls, payments and Peruvian tax obligations.
