En M&V; Investments, gestionamos una división dedicada al servicio de reclutamiento de personal para empresas estadounidenses. Actualmente, estamos buscando un Sales Representative and Customer Service para un colegio que ofrece clases de español para niños. **Es esencial contar con un dominio avanzado y fluido del inglés para esta posición.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing parental inquiries and concerns.
- Advise parents on the best program options.
- Provide detailed information about our programs, pricing, and assist with order processing.
- Maximize sales potential through upselling products and services, understanding customer needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
- Provide support and follow up with parents needing assistance with payment updates, delays, or cash payments.
- Guide parents on the registration process in our Sawyer software.
- Provide calculations for tuition fees, especially for enrollments after classes have begun.
- Schedule, manage, and update demo classes, make-up sessions, and related adjustments.
- Ensure that updates or changes related to students are communicated to all staff, including director, coordinators, and teachers.
- Keep the student roster updated based on internal changes.
- Maintain professionalism in all digital and phone interactions with clients and SiW staff.
- Record all enrollments accurately in our CRM software.
- Educate parents on school policies, procedures, and available resources.
- Provide comprehensive support in sales and customer service within the administrative area.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3+ years of sales experience in a B2C environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to express smile, empathy and positive attitude while maintaining friendly & professional disposition over variety of communication channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling challenging customers with patience and empathy.
- Comfortable working from home and self-motivated in a sales environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to diffuse conflict in challenging environments with clients and internal operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

**Salary**: S/.1,800.00
- S/.2,800.00 per month
**Experience**:
