Key expert 2: Training Expert (Asia)

Posted On: 17 Mar, 2026 Application by: 01 May, 2026 Project status: Area: Health Region: Asia Country: Turkey Position: Working Days: 0 Job Id: 156 WEglobal has been short-listed for the EU-funded project “Technical Assistance for Organised Cooperation for Promotion of Occupational Health and Safety in SMEs.” The overall objective of the project is to strengthen decent work in Türkiye by promoting occupational health and safety (OHS), with a particular focus on improving the quality and efficiency of OHS services in SMEs and enhancing coordination among organised industrial zones, public institutions, social partners, and vocational education actors. The project is expected to start in November 2026 and will be implemented over a period of 36 months. The contract will be primarily implemented in Ankara, with field activities across several provinces in Türkiye. Role and Responsibilities The Training Expert will support the design, development, and implementation of training programmes under the project. The expert will contribute to the development of both e-learning and face-to-face training modules, support capacity-building activities for key stakeholders, and ensure that training interventions are aligned with project objectives and EU requirements. The Training Expert will also contribute to training needs assessments, preparation of training materials, delivery of training sessions, and monitoring of training effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields of Engineering. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish. A Master’s degree and/or PhD degree, preferably in Engineering and/or Occupational Health and Safety, will be considered an asset. General Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a training programme developer in the field of training, including design, development, and implementation of e-learning and face-to-face training programmes.
