As a Senior HRBP, you will provide support to I&TS; Business and Functional groups in Malaysia on their strategies and enterprise agenda through development, advancement, and execution of CACEIS HR strategic objectives, people solutions, plans, and strategies aligned with overall business and functional goals. You will assist with more complex or sensitive day-to-day people issues. This role acts as a single point of contact within designated business units for all people-related issues and is a people champion ensuring people remain a priority on the business agenda. You will assist in overall CACEIS Human Resources initiatives. - Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
- 11 years of minimum experience
- English (speaking and writing)
- Past HR CoE experience in either compensation or recruitment preferred
- Knowledge of the business being supported
- HR management

- Coaching
- Knowledge of strategic influencing and partnering, relationship management, and customer insight
- Strong business acumen and consulting orientation
