This includes understanding the client documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately. - Training delivery – conducting engaging and informative training sessions using various training methods including workshops and e-learning.
- Curriculum development – designing a comprehensive technical training programme and creating learning materials using various resources provided by the Bank.
- Training need analysis – assessing the technical skills required by identifying gaps in knowledge and competencies.
- Technical documentation – maintaining up-to-date training materials documentation and ensuring it aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
