2d Fashion Concept Artist/designer (Mid/senior) (Asia)

We are seeking an experienced **2D Fashion Concept Artist/Designer** to work on one of the biggest Metaverse projects ever **Seedworld**.
- As a 2D Concept Artist focused on Fashion Design, _you will show your expertise and be responsible for creating fun and innovative designs for clothes and accessories for our characters in Seedworld._

**Responsibilities**:

- Design original and imaginative concepts for clothes and accessories in and stylized fashion based on project requirements, scripts, or creative briefs.
- Conduct research on various sources to create and inspire the costume designs.

Maintain consistency in design style and visual language, matching the artistic style of Seedworld.
- Work closely with the Art Department team to explore ideas and develop outfits, accessories that fit the aesthetics of Seedworld.
- Work with Art Directors, Technical Artists and Developers to understand technical requirements and ensure the pipeline is as efficient as possible.
- Active participation in technical and artistic discussions and problem solving.
- Ability to summarize own work, identify problems, and documentation to make internal and outsourcing communication better for the full team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Concept Art Development experience in the gaming industry, focusing on Costume Design.
- Experience using Photoshop or equivalent creative software

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Strong fundamentals in proportions, anatomy, materials, color usage, lighting, areas of detail and areas of rest
- Ability to showcase concepts that match the stylized art style of Seedworld
- Experience with costume, apparel, and armors designs in different genres like fantasy, science fiction, steampunk, etc.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, and other 3d packages like Blender, Maya, etc., will be a plus
