Senior Card Product Manager Lead the end-to-end development and launch of crypto card products across multiple new markets (0→1), while driving growth of card products in existing markets. You'll lead partner integrations, navigate country-specific and general regulatory landscapes, and ship world-class card experiences, all within a fast-moving, globally distributed remote team. Responsibilities
- Define and own the card product roadmap across multiple markets with key milestones, dependencies, and success metrics aligned to business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market landscapes and benchmark against competitors including fintechs; ensure product’s competitive edge and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery through development, launch, and continuous monitoring and iteration – ensuring product and business OKRs are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, BD, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Growth, and Marketing to deliver on time in a fast-paced environment; align stakeholders on priorities, MVP scope, and phased rollout plans.
- Coordinate partner integrations across markets with BD and technical teams; review and interpret partner API documentation to assess feasibility and bridge business‑engineering communication.
- Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs with considerations of edge‑case coverage, technical feasibility and implementation plans.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and sequence diagrams to communicate product intent effectively.
- Design end-to-end card journeys – issuance, activation, authorization, top‑up, rewards, campaigns, disputes – tailored to each market.
- Coordinate across time zones with clear communication, well‑documented decisions, and thorough follow‑through.
- Optimise product performance dashboard and KPIs tracking, perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive improvements using data and AI. Requirements
- 5+ years of card product management experience in card issuing; hands‑on involvement launching card programs in multiple markets appreciated. 0→1 experience strongly preferred.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and high‑agency – identifies problems, proposes solutions, and drives them forward independently; with the aspiration to create and manage a best-in-class crypto card product.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment across multiple time zones; strong async communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management – able to influence without authority and align diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage a card portfolio toward positive P&L; and strong penetration among active users.
- Understanding of different card processes: authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, BIN management, tokenization, and card lifecycle.
- Good understanding of risk and card compliance frameworks, card scheme rules, and regulatory nuances across jurisdictions.
- Strong product design skills – wireframes, sequence diagrams, PRDs, and well‑structured user stories.
- Able to read and interpret API documentation to evaluate integrations and communicate requirements to engineering.
- Comfortable with BI tools; SQL proficiency is a strong plus. Nice to Have
- Experience with virtual cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay tokenization, or card‑as‑a‑service platforms.
- Familiarity with multi‑currency wallets and cross‑border payment flows.
- Familiarity with crypto/fintech ecosystems (on/off‑ramp, stablecoin settlement, crypto‑to‑fiat).
- Prior experience at a crypto exchange, neobank, or embedded finance company. Benefits
