**Antal International Group**, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, an **Engine Cylinder Block R&D; Expert.**

**Responsibilities**: Responsible for the technology research and development of company’s engine cylinder block, cylinder head, and improve the company’s professional technical abilities to the international level, also to guide and train the technical personnel and form to a professional team.
- Responsible for the design of company’s full range of engine cylinder block and head.
- Establish the structure, material, and manufacturing process strategies for cylinder block and head, according to the technology development trend.
- Direct the design engineers, CAE engineers, and test development engineers to complete the work of cylinder block and head’s design and certification.
- Responsible for conceptual design of company’s gasoline engine and diesel engine.
- Able to efficiently coordinate.internal and external resources to meet the needs of company products development.
- Guide and train the technical staff, to form a professional team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related professions.
- Over 15 years work experience in well-known OEM or R&D; field in relevant enterprises, including at least 10 years engine development work experience, was responsible for the core technology of engine cylinder block and head design.
- Familiar with the requirements of engine performance, NVH, power consumption, weight index for cylinder block and head design.
