The **Sales Trainee Program** is a 9-month training program designed to cultivate and nurture emerging talent in the field of sales, specifically targeting aspiring junior female professionals. The program intends to provide participants with a robust foundation of knowledge, skills, and practical experience essential for a successful career in sales.
**Key Components**: **Comprehensive Learning Modules**:
- The program will cover a wide range of topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Each module is carefully crafted to provide a deep understanding of the sales ecosystem, ensuring that trainees are well-rounded and adaptable
**Interactive Sessions**:
- Engaging sessions led by industry experts will provide a theoretical foundation
**On-the-Job Experience**:
- Trainees will be placed in real sales scenarios, working closely with mentors and experienced sales professionals
