Detailed Job Description As a System Engineer / Helpdesk Analyst, you will work cross‑functionally to support international business users across Europe and other regions. You will provide first‑ and second‑line IT support, maintain office IT infrastructure, and manage IT assets and inventory. The role involves participation in large‑scale regional and group‑wide initiatives, including new office builds, peak business events, user experience improvement programs, and general M&A; integration projects. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone, ticketing systems, email, and instant messaging
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop and user‑side technical issues
- Support Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, SharePoint, and user accounts/permissions
- Provide support for user client hardware, mobile devices, printers, laptops, and desktops
- Use remote administration tools to resolve end‑user issues efficiently
- Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with company IT standards, policies, and processes
- Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records in internal systems
