**Important**:

- ** This is a full-time remote job, and it will be a long-term B2B contract.**
- **Working hours: accordingly to the PST/MST time zone, as you’re going to cover the USA market.**
- **The position is available in the following locations: Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, and Peru.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead Generation and Prospecting**
- Research and identify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other data sources.
- ** Qualification and Discovery**
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Effectively communicate OpenVPN’s value proposition and identify how our solutions address client pain points.
- ** Pipeline Management**
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company’s CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- ** Market Insights and Feedback**
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings.
- ** Collaboration**
- Partner with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and events.
- Assist in coordinating webinars, product demos, and discovery meetings for potential clients.

- ** At least 1 year of experience as a BDR/Sales in the IT domain** (SaaS, VPN, ZTNA, networking, security ). Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- The ability to work accordingly to **the PST/MST time zone** **as**you’re going to cover the USA market.**
- ** Advanced English level (C1)**, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- ** Knowledge of CRM platforms** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and **sales tools** (Appolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo ).
- ** The position is offered for the following locations**: Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, and Peru.
- ** Reliable Internet connection**
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of networking, VPNs, or cybersecurity is a plus.
